Presented informational means (aed construction & technology) is the practical realisation of statute of new mathematics (aed theory) which continues general systems theory and hierarchical multilevel systems theory. Unlike widespread records of knowledge (which underlie known means of cybernetics, including processors and data bases) the new statute is cohered with real processes in hierarchical systems - physical, chemical, technical and others. Owing to that aed information construction & technology is more convenient in practice than traditional ones. It allows carry out the known design & control tasks and many new ones which are irresistible for existent cybernetic means. The paper describes the symbolic aed construction; its work with numbers, changeable graphic images and concrete instances of its application in design & control.
