Cookies policy

The Cookies policy applies to the public service baztech.icm.edu.pl – hereinafter referred to as the service.

Cookies are IT data downloaded and stored in devices on which the User displays web pages via a web browser. Cookies are used, among others, to identify the type of the User’s device and to personalize the content of the websites displayed by the User and to optimize them.

The entity placing cookies on the end device of the website user and gaining access to them is the Interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematical and Computer Modeling of the University of Warsaw with its registered office in Warsaw at 15/17 Tyniecka Street, 02-630 Warsaw.

We use cookies to provide User with the convenience of using the website, among other things, in order to remember User’s preferences, optimize the use of websites, recognize the User’s device and enable the website to be customized to User’s individual needs, as well as to create statistics to improve the structure and content of the website.

Two basic types of cookies are used in the Service: ” session” and “permanent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored in the User’s terminal equipment until logging out, leaving the website or switching off the software (web browser). “Permanent” cookies are stored in the User’s terminal device for a period of time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

Changes in the settings for cookies may cause difficulties in using certain services or completely prevent them.

Privacy policy

Politechnika Krakowska, the coordinator of the BazTech Consortium, as the owner of a website processing personal data, ensures the security of data processing in accordance with RODO.

In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we would like to inform you that:

  1. the personal data administrator is the Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology with its registered office in Cracow at 24 Warszawska Street, 31-155 Kraków;
  2. the contact with the data protection inspector of the Tadeusz Kościuszko Cracow University of Technology is possible at the following e-mail address: iodo@pk.edu.pl and tel.: 12 628 22 37;
  3. personal data will be processed in order to deal with matters reported through the contact form;
  4. personal data shall be processed pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point b of the general regulation on data protection and pursuant to Article 30 paragraph 1 point 3 of the Act of 29 June 1995 on public statistics (Journal of Laws 2018 item 997 as amended);
  5. personal data shall not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling;
  6. persons whose data are processed have the right of access to the content of personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit the processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection).
  7. filling in the contact form is equivalent to consenting to the processing of personal data in order to settle the matter;
  8. personal data are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons, will be stored until the case is resolved; then they are deleted.

The BazTech consortium does not provide third parties with information from contact forms placed on the website, e-mail sent directly, unless a relevant public administration authority or a court requests it. [Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws of 29 October 1997)].

Any personal data or institutions from the contact forms on the baztech.icm.edu.pl website or e-mail sent directly are not subject to trading.

The baztech.icm.edu.pl website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.

We are not responsible for the privacy policy of websites linked from the baztech.icm.edu.pl website.
