Terms of use of BazTech data

The producer of the BazTech database, within the meaning of the Act of 27 July 2001 on the protection of databases (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 128, item 1402, as amended) is the BazTech Consortium. The BazTech database is the subject of copyright in accordance with Article 3 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 2016, item 666 as amended).

The use of the database is free of charge for all Internet users.

A user of a database may download or reuse small (so-called insignificant) parts of its contents, provided that this does not violate the so-called normal use of the database or does not harm the legitimate interests of the BazTech Consortium (the producer of the database).

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Council of the BazTech Consortium of 18 April 2013, it is declared that the metadata contained in the database will be made available for indexing by services and databases whose creators/owners will address such an inquiry to the Coordinator of the BazTech Consortium, Cracow University of Technology. The decision to make the metadata available will be made each time by the Consortium Council, after accepting the mode and conditions of indexing. The agreements concluded should include a reservation on the inviolability of the metadata in the Database and the possibility of withdrawing from the agreement in case of presentation of data inconsistently with the expectations of the BazTech Consortium
