Information for journals publishers

New journals are accepted for indexing in the BazTech database on the basis of the Principles adopted by the Consortium. If you are interested, please fill in the Application Form. Editors/publishers of journals indexed in BazTech are kindly requested to:

  • placing information on indexing the title in BazTech in the journals and on the websites, together with a link to the database,
  • sending a cover graphic file in JPG about 200 x 280 pixels and a consent to its placement in BazTech,
  • closer cooperation to speed up the update process and increase the accuracy of the data in BazTech.

We encourage all publishers to co-create the BazTech database as an open repository of scientific texts. Providing full texts does not require any financial resources or effort from you – all you need to do is to agree to have them downloaded from the journal’s website. We encourage you to read the sample agreement on access to articles from your journals in the database. Free placement of article texts in the only Polish database of technical sciences journals results, among other things, in

  • promotion of your journal among potential authors and readers,
  • in an increase in the number of quotations of articles,
  • a priority entry of articles from your journal into our database.
